Music and Radio

During Fall of 2017 and Spring 2018, I led the production of a short weekly radio news segment, the Weekly Sustainable Digest, which aired weekly fridays and saturdays on KCSUfm, all of which are archived as podcasts on soundcloud. As part of the production team, three graduate students and Sustainability Leadership Fellows from Colorado State University, Carolina Gutierrez (Colombia), Erika Foster (USA), and Rod Lammers (USA), as well as one research associate, Carlos Linares (Mexico), contributed to the Sustainable Digest by writing and producing various stories on sustainability, conservation, and biodiversity around the globe!

Previous to this show, I co-hosted and co-founded the one-hour radio show The Sustainability Hour, where we interviewed leading professionals in the fields of sustainability and conservation research. The show started as a collaboration between Adam Dillon, Travis Gallo, and myself and as a direct result of the outreach training we received as Sustainability Leadership Fellows, a program modeled on the Leopold Fellowships, and is a part of CSU's School of Global Environmental Sustainability.
